目的:探讨MSCT在胃癌术前诊断和TNM分期中的价值。方法:回顾分析67例胃癌患者,将CT分期与手术后病理分期结果相比较,观察MSCT在胃癌术前诊断和TNM分期中的准确性。结果:MSCT对胃癌T、N、M及TNM分期准确性分别为82.08%、74.35%、100%和86.56%。结论:MSCT增强检查,对胃癌的TNM分期有较高的准确性,对胃癌根治性手术有重要指导意义。  相似文献   

MRI在宫颈癌诊断中的应用

目的:通过对较大样本宫颈病例的MRI表现进行比较,探讨不同种类宫颈肿瘤的MRI表现特征及其病理基础,从而评价MRI对宫颈良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法:随机选取在我院接受手术的宫颈肿瘤患者620例,共655个病灶。所有病例均行MR平扫,动态增强,扩散加权成像检查,探究宫颈恶性以及良性病变的分布情况;分析MRI对浸润性以及非浸润性宫颈癌诊断的敏感性和特异性;比较超声造影与MRI在诊断肿瘤大小、浸润深度、宫旁浸润、淋巴结转移以及临床分期的准确率。结果:通过MRI检查,可发现宫颈恶性病灶405个,良性病灶250个,其中良性病灶中位直径1.50cm,恶性病灶中位直径2.32cm;良性病变中位年龄40.42岁,恶性病变中位年龄46.57岁;宫颈MRI对于浸润性宫颈癌的敏感和特异性高于非浸润性宫颈癌(P<0.05);MRI在诊断宫旁浸润的准确率为92.3%,诊断淋巴结转移的准确率为93.4%,临床分期的准确率为95.2%,均高于超声造影准确率(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈MRI对于浸润性宫颈癌的敏感和特异性高于非浸润性宫颈癌(P<0.05);MRI在诊断宫旁浸润、淋巴结转移、临床分期的准确率明显高于超声造影(P<0.05)。研究表明MRI在宫颈癌诊断中起到了重要的作用,对MRI技术的熟练与改进有助于提高宫颈癌诊断的准确率。   相似文献

 The development and application of an innovative sampling framework for use in a British study of the early detection of gastric cancer are described. The Super Profiles geodemographic discriminator is used in the identification of geographically distinct control and contrast areas from which samples of cancer registry case records may be drawn for comparison with the records of patients participating in the gastric cancer intervention project. Preliminary results of the application of the framework are presented and confirm its effectiveness in satisfactorily reflecting known patterns of variation in cancer occurrence by age, gender and social class. The method works well for cancers with a known and clear social gradient, such as lung and breast cancer, moderately well for gastric cancer and somewhat less well for oesophageal cancer, where the social class gradient is less clear. 河南省林州市-安阳县是我国著名的食管癌高发区，食管癌严重地危害着当地居民的生命与健康。本文根据饮用水的NO^-3分析资料，阐明了亚硝胺的前体物NO^-3的分布与食管癌的地理分布具有明显的相关性。居民饮用NO^-3超标的浅层地下水，旱井水是导致食管癌的重要原因之一，70年代以来，大量施用化肥是起引饮用地下水NO^-3污染的根本原因，它导致的后果使林州市食管癌发病率和死亡率下降缓慢。本文结合^14C资料对地下水NO^-3-N污染机理进行了分析，并提出了相应的防治措施。  相似文献   

CT对乳腺癌的诊断探讨

目的 探讨乳腺癌CT检查的技术特点和影像学特性，提高对乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法 对23例经手术后病理证实的乳腺癌病例，进行回顾分析。结果 CT扫描能清晰显示乳腺解剖结构，对病灶显示的阳性率高；CT扫描及增强扫描能显示病灶大小及周围的情况。结论 CT扫描及增强扫描对乳腺癌的诊断与鉴别诊断有较高价值，有助于临床TNM分期及制定治疗计划，是乳腺癌较好的检查方法。  相似文献

阐明了林州市食管癌流行的4个特征。根据46个饮用水的NO3^-分析资料，论证亚硝胺的前体物NO3^-的分布与食管癌的地理分布具有明显的相关性：林州市的发病率是北部高于南部；林州市－安阳县－范县的发病率是西部大于东部。居民饮用NO3^-超标的浅层地下水，旱井水是导致食管癌的重要原因之一。70年代以来，大量施用化肥是引起饮用地下水NO3^-污染的根本原因，它导致的后果是林州市食管癌发病率和死亡率下降缓慢。指出了必须坚持“防霉、去胺、施钼肥、治增生、改变不良饮食习惯”五项预防措施，特别要把饮用水治理好。  相似文献
